It’s all about “the want”, you have to want to be married.
In today’s world, people get married with the attitude “if it doesn’t work out…, we’ll just get a divorce” and more times than not, it doesn’t work out because people give up too easy and, divorce it is.
Couples need to think like their grandparents. They need to have the attitude “we will make it…” and side by side, hand in hand true love will see them through.
This couple has been married 29 years. Boy, oh boy do they have a story to tell. Through good times and bad, laughter and tears, ups and downs, from California to Florida, and three kids later, they have what it takes “the want”. They have passion, love, and strength, after all these years and through life’s roller coaster of a ride, they always turn to each other. This couple takes time to enjoy their children, and let their children enjoy them. They take time to stop and smell the roses. Because they have “the want” to make a happy life. When the road seems rocky and the plan is not going accordingly, quitting or giving up, doesn’t ever cross their mind. They just hold each other closer and tighter, knowing good times are soon to come. They are best friends, they listen when being talked to and talk when being listened to. True Love conquers all.
